Happy hump day, loves!
If I had to pick my favorite workout for the week it would be close tie between leg day and ab day. Obviously arm day is not even close to being in the running (bless these string bean arms of mine). Since I love leg day so much I’ve added in a second leg/glute workout to my routine. I’ve come a long way since doing donkey kicks in my old living room while my roommate was trying to sleep. I can’t be the only one trying to become miss new booty so I thought I’d go ahead and share the deets of my routine. I am not a certified personal trainer nor do I have a formal education in anything fitness related but I will share what works for me. Please research proper form and use weights that suit you! Don’t hurt those leggies my friends, crawling is only acceptable up to the age of 2.
1. Cable kick backs -12 reps
2. Russian deadlift – 12 reps
3. Sumo squat with medicine ball -12 reps
4. Kettle bell swings -15 reps
5. Weighted glute bridges -15 reps
